How does shipping in a reusable parcel work?
On request, we will ship your order in reusable shipping packaging. The ‘hey circle’ boxes and bags save CO2 emissions and waste because they circulate around 50 times between you and us. As a customer, not much changes for you: you receive your favourite products by parcel service, break the seal and collect your order. Regardless of whether you want to return or keep a product from your order, please always return the packaging with the enclosed returns label. The faster it comes back, the more rotations the box or bag can make. More use = more impact!
Is reusable packaging really more sustainable?
Most resources are used during the production of packaging, which also produces the most CO2 emissions. Using a product or packaging for as long as possible has a positive impact on the environment. The hey circle bags and boxes are designed for 50 cycles. Once we have used the box 10 times, it is CO2-beneficial. The mailing bag even has a positive impact after just 6 uses compared to disposable packaging. This was calculated by the independent environmental consultancy Ökopol in 2023. The study also took into account that the empty packaging needs to be returned, for example.
How do I return a packaing?
To return an empty bag or box, simply fold it up, close it with the zip and attach the enclosed returns label. If you would like to return an item from your order, please also seal the box or bag with the enclosed seal and attach the enclosed returns label. Then simply head to the parcel drop-off point! Please note that reusable packaging is more sustainable the more uses it gets. If you do not return the packaging on time, you will be charged for it.

Customer FAQ: Where can I return empty hey circle packaging?
All major parcel service providers transport hey circle shipping packaging. The online retailer selects the parcel service provider and encloses a self-adhesive returns label with the bag or box. Customers send the hey circle boxes and bags back to the respective online retailer.
